The count of unemployed people can change due to an unemployed person
getting one of these newly created jobs, but there are lots of other ways
too. It can also happen because they got a job that was left open by
someone retiring, for example. Some unemployed people also choose to cease
seeking work (ie: deciding to be a stay at home mom).

The job creation number and unemployment numbers are linked in some ways,
but it's not a strict cause/effect link.
