I've been trying out the IntelliJ IDEA with CFML plugin and it's not bad. With CFBuilder crashing on a regular basis on a specific template name (security.cfc), an alternative is needed. I could go to cfeclipse or I can try something new. New won out. Problem is, the IntelliJ projects are very different than what I'm used to in homesite, eclipse, etc. If the differences are worth working through and the feature set is good, I may move over to IntelliJ. We'll see.
