because you cannot interfere. These are wild animals and it is a risk
But to do otherwise is to do a disservice to the species.  The birds
have to be paranoid of people hand raising them removes that. Moreover
the nest is on a ledge at the top of a tall building. It would be a
difficult effort to do so.
