supposedly she got this on a computer she got at best buy. I have never heard of such a thing and have in fact worked on computers from best buy. I am thinking she really has that virus that's going around that tells you your hard drive is inaccessible, because she says it won't go on? I'm supposed to go over there tomorrow. Anyone have any thoughts on what I am walking into?
