Standard spin. They will blame Clinton for 9/11, which didn't happen until nearly near months after he left office, until the end of time. But Bush is innocent of anything that happened after Jan. 20 2009, and a lot of stuff that happened while he was still in office. Clean as a whistle, that boy. In their eyes, he did no wrong.
