Please do not use Liberty Mutual. I'm sorry they are the lowest, but please don't go with them.
Also, even if you aren't in a flood plain, check what additional flood insurance would cost. If your house floods because of a broken pipe, or a torrential downfall .. or anything freaky at all, unless you have the proper policy, it may not be covered.
