That is Microsoft SQL Server (2008 R2), isn't it, and not MySQL (5.5.3 M3).

Microsoft SQL Server is _definitely_ not open source, and is always
going to require a large money investment to install it.

(Hence the popularity of MySQL for cheapskates like me)
