Incredible. On the other hand the united States can claim jurisdiction over
any website simply because it uses .com or has a server or two located
there. Yet Facebook claims it's untouchable and doesn't have to follow
German law because it is a US company. Would love to see German special
forces launch a raid on Zuckerberg;s house Megaupload style over this,
since this explanation hasn't been found valid by the US when going after
any site or site owner it chooses.
