Yeah i was wondering that too...i can see it if the parents had a long
stretch between kids, and both them and their first born had a child really
young.

If you have a kid at 21, then another at 42, and your first born also has a
kid when he's 21....your grandkid and your kid would be born in the same
year....and your kid would be the grandkid's uncle.

A little weird, but conceivable.
