Dillon is good equipment, for sure, but for someone starting out, I wouldn't recommend it. You can do almost the same volume with a Lee Pro 1000 progressive as you can with a Dillon and you'll spend a third as much... though, for the casual shooter, you can easily make 200+ rounds an hour with a good turret press (semi-progressive). That's more than most folks shoot in a month.
