So tolerance got brought up in another thread. I've been thinking a lot about it lately. Tolerance, moderation, compromise.
You guys know I'm a pretty classical liberal/libertarian or whatever you want to call it. A strict constructionist. So like, bear with me. Hasn't tolerance really kind of screwed us? I know compromise has. I mean seriously, the slow erosion of our rights couldn't have happened without it. A little bit here, a little bit there, and in the end it adds up.
