he wants to pay 20 or 40 to replace the power adapter. Or 50 or 60. That's not the issue. The issue is horrible ASUS marketing and customer service. Here we have someone who wants to buy something from them and has been getting the runaround for a couple of months. So he asks me to help him and ok, I have the part number, I could give him that, but even if he were to navigate the ASUS online store to order it there, it's still out of stock.
headshake so yeah, he also has a power cord with one side that pops off, but I don't seem to be able to describe it to Fry's on the phone. If we could get a US end for that cord, that would also solve his problem. Am I using the right words? Travel charger?
