I agree with this but the tough part is defining what qualifies as the
fringe. The dude that Larry posted about was a speaker at the Value
Voters Summit which draws a couple thousand people each year and, last
year, had every Republican Presidential candidate except for Huntsman
speak. You may wish and hope that he's "fringe" (as I do) but that
doesn't really seem to fit the definition of fringe to me. I'd like
him to be fringe but the available evidence suggests otherwise.
