Well, "that" was a tossed up page for an old client who think he can make a ton of money off the phrase. I laughed at him but he was insistent and since he pays his bills on time, a rarity these days, I threw it up there for him.
But apparently his site along with all the others I have done recently in Bootstrap, is not displaying correctly in older versions of IE.
