Not necessary. I just don't feel that something should be illegal simply because someone things it is gross. I have vegan friends who think eating eggs or cheese is gross. Not a reason to outlaw it. If someone is abusing an animal, that would fall under laws against animal abuse. I see no need for an additional law against bestiality that prohibit contact that is non-abusive.
