I suppose "want to kill each other from birth" might be a little strong. I've been thinking alot about the behavior of lumping everyone in a certain group together and blindly judging them based on the behavior of a few in that group. Stereotyping. Venomously hating "them" because of it. Starting every statement about that group with a derogatory slur that shows that the speaker's point of view is so skewed that everything that comes after it should probably be ignored. I see this sort of behavior in some of the worst racists. Yet, it's increasingly acceptable to talk politics that way. The media is leading the way here with some of the extreme left and right talk radio shows. I see it more and more on this list too. People drinking in the hate and spewing it back out all over the place with the attitude of - hey, as long as it's not racial, go right ahead! Just like the kids in that video, I guarantee you could go to an event held by the extreme left or right - one that has kids in attendance - and find some kids that will say some pretty horrible things about the other political party, just because they hear it all around them. Increasingly I see it on this list. Media indoctrination into what are essentially political hate groups. Drinking it down like yummy cool aid. Next up? Your job is to indoctrinate the next generation. I see strong parallels there. Just a personal observation. -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:358546 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
