Hey Mac folks, So today I bought a Thunderbolt to DVI connector and tried to power up my Dell LCD monitor I have, but no joy. System preferences says that there is no device plugged in. Googled this but could not find my exact issue. Does anyone know if there is something that I have to do to make it work? Or do I need a thunderbolt monitor?
