Ah there's the other thing... after I sent the message earlier today i was wracking my brain trying to remember what my brother (an LTC @Lewis-McCord but recently @ Pentagon) had said.
Now I remember it was, "there's always a congressional..." when I had asked what he meant, he said, "At the Pentagon, we had to answer direct questions from Congress. These could range from simple to very complex and they have very tight suspense dates on them. Usually short. In this case get in touch with your Reps' or Senators' offices. Write letters, lay out your complaint. It may be enough to get a congressional started, when a Congressman asks a question, it gets answered." He also cautioned that it may not be the answer you're looking for... If Brown is a weasel, try Portman, too.
