Just read it...it's incredible. Obama just said not to worry, it's not meant to target US citizens. I wonder if Germany knows that it's privacy laws aren't worth shit. And this is not just phone data, it is ALL data. Messages, Voice communications, images...everything. Skype calls, Facebook posts...everything is stored and datamined. It started in 2007, and Apple was the last company to sign on.
