The Kinect (the camera) can be turned off.

The game 'sharing' and purchase and sale of used games is kind of a bummer,
but I rarely buy or sell used games.

Every time I play XBox, I connect to my XBox Live account, so 'calling
home' is not a big deal for me either.

Pre-ordered XBox One yesterday.

Would be nice if MS loosened some of the restrictions based on what Sony
released about PS4, but none of the issues you outlined is a deal breaker
for me.
