WE have a great farmers market on Thursdays and Saturdays. There's one farmer there whose farm I pass on my way to work. Wonderful stuff. I prefer roasting it on the grill - amazingly addictive. Its a wonderful side with steak on the grill with vegetable kabobs and basmati rice.
