All of my computers and other devices had 192.168.x.x and that hasn't been a problem with any provider I have used. That is totally transparent to the provider as those addresses are handled by your router and not any of their equipment.

The issue is that the people I have talked to over there seem to really want the internal numbering scheme to be 10.x.x.x but the cameras for this project default to 192.168.x.x, which would by the way be better practice for this incredibly simple network with one PC and one controller for the cameras.
