There's a standard Jewish response when hearing about someones passing.
Baruch Dayin Emes - Blessed is the true judge. It can be taken as mournful
or snarky based on the deceased - he should be judged favorably or sternly.
Personally, I think Phelps will see God-as-judge in the form of Liberace.
