As a pastor...he is correct. His church is not forced to marry anyone. They can refuse to marry anyone they want. A business on the other hand is restricted by law on why they can deny service. I would prolly sue the shit out of a company that refused to serve me, hoping that would change their tune and breaking the law is breaking the law. I probably would never go back to that company again either and hope that others would not go as well.

The communities response should be to not do business with those they find abhorrent. The individual or business will be forced to either change their policies, or fail. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:370203 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
