Most would say when Neville Chamberlain met with Hitler and signed the
Munich Agreement.  Or at least that is the usual strum and drumm I
hear whenever I try to advocate for peace around certain circles.  But
the warmongers and their propagandists will always denigrate people of
peace.  They gotta sell them weapons and war machines.
