I think it is called apache2.conf now...the latest version of apache changed it from the httpd.conf file. Not sure why they did that. It seems pretty stupid when theat is such a long standing standard. It also makes it difficult to get software to work with apache because most look for httpd file. I ended up creating a dynamic link called httpd.conf that linked to the apache2.conf file.

Installing coldfusion and configuring the web connector seems to break it. What weird is that it asks for the server binary and it has always been httpd from that i remember now it seems to be apache. am i looking in the right place? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:371976 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
