You can go into the config.ini and increase the memory limits, that usually helps, but I have been having issues with Luna (not sure what version you are on) where large pages will be real slow...like when I am typing, I can type a whole line before the 1st three letters appear on the line and also having the app freeze up when trying to save. Sublime Text is pretty awesome for a lightweight editor.
