I'm loaded with magical equipment. The first three icons come standard with the Nord race, I think. Then there's the spell the Coprus healer placed on me when I used his coprus healing potion. That adds permanent resist disease and resist blight. I'm also wearing some armor with constant effects plus some custom magical items I created using soul gems and enchantments.
