Ok, dude only takes 10 minutes off to pray, and being a Muslim, has to pray 5 times a day. He only does it twice at work. And this is an internet company! I think someone is being mean.
What do you guys think, especially those of you who are employers. Surely, it's nothing more than a restroom break, which I'm sure anyone can see. Making a fuss of ten minutes just seems a bit odd. The guy even said he'll stay after work to make up for loss time! But then again, they might be suspicious of a Muslim wanting to stay late for work :) Would any of you give this guy his break? Remember that he is a very devout Muslim. Missing a prayer is like slapping your mom in the face.
