There was a comedienne on CBC the other day who had a great riff on that one ... about the cop who pulled her over and said she was driving eratically - her comment was " and here I am ... a married woman!" She was from Newfoundland... if you ever heard their accents you would know how funny that would sound..! They have produced some very funny people.
