I am not from Delaware, just lived there for six months. I AM from the eastern suburbs of philly, though.
I have wrestled with lots of frisky sleddogs at the iditarod start - I am a "CERTIFIED DOG HANDLER" and get to help bring dogs safely to the starting line.
