To be clearer with the steps:

1. Create a circle.
2. Go to the "Text" menu and select "Attach to Path"
3. Start typing your text.
4. To move text on the circle, grab and drag the triangle under the
centerpoint of the text.
5. Change the font size or circle size to adjust how the text flows around
the circle.
