In defences of Deanna, she didn't have to comment on the family. I am sure as a human being she already felt sorry for what happened to them. But she doesn't have to show it in the chat. Kinda like how recently a CF-Commy died, and the only thing I said was, ":( So sorry man. How old was he?" Everyone else was giving their condolences. But I asked the guy's age! But I gave my condolences under my breath. And that's good enough. :)
