The states could call for a Constitutional Congress and completely rewrite
the Constitution. I wouldn't be in favor of such a move, but it could be
done.

  Also, the Declaration of Independence does state that it is the duty of a
free people to remove their government and replace it should it become a
tyranny. Of course, our forefathers were traitors. Criminals.
