I don't think that there would be anything legal about "overthrowing" our government. I think the wording implies either violence, or without it's approval.
Also I think that the mail filtering software they use probably just looks for patterns of words and I think those last 3 are probably on the list of keywords. You haven't asked weather I think it's right that they do this, I only think that they do do it (as has been proven with other posts to this list in the past).
