Ummm... I might have the wrong name/word for it, but basically the idea is
that you set up another SQL Server as a slave, when someone updates data on
the master server those changes are mirrored to the slave.

I haven't actually set up a mirror, so I'm guessing that when you initially
set it up it'll synchronise the two servers, so that the data is the same on
both machines, giving you a backup/migration of all the data on the master
server.
