I'm all about reading. I like fantasy and SF (yeah, I know -- typical geek)
because they /couldnt/ happen -- it's pure escapism. That's the key for me.
Whatever I do has to take my mind away from whatever it is that bothers me.
Personally, I like to grab a sandwitch (either build a dagwood myself or
swing by Subway) then head out to the park with a book. I just sit in my
car, pull off my shoes, lean the seat back, and stop worrying for an hour or
so.
