It's Theppanom. The Temple Guardian Legend: This carving is of Theppanom who is the guardian spirit and protector of the wat or temple. Also known as Chao Phau Phraa Kaho, he is often placed adjacent to the statute of the Buddha in the wat. As the temple guardian, he also grants permission for the necessary rituals that are conducted in the temple. Villagers bring offerings of rice, sweets, and the fruits of their harvest to Theppanom. This god interacts with the people through his spirit intermediaries or chans (the priests) who conduct the rituals that he allows. http://www.exquisitecrystals.com/Statues.htm This store has some that look quite similar.
