There are a variety of programs to do it. Some years back there was a DVD
menu export for Director, and I assume there still is; however, the review I
read suggested that it wasn't as well focused for the job as a more
specialized tool. I don't know what's popular for pro use these days. Around
here we use DVD Studio Pro on the Mac and something similar to iDVD on the
PC.
