After days of meticulously analyzing Saddam Hussein's 12,000-page declaration of arms,
the Bush administration believes
it has discovered the grounds on which a United States-led attack of Iraq would be
justified.

Spelling mistakes located on pages 4,482 and 11,549 of the declaration appear to give
the administration just the
impetus it needs to bring about a change of regimes in Iraq.

"Not only does Saddam ignore United Nations resolutions but he also thumbs his nose at
Microsoft Word," said a very
displeased President George W. Bush.

"I have warned Saddam repeatedly about this. Present us a document without spelling
mistakes, mixed metaphors or
dangling participles," Bush added. "Or be prepared to face serious consequences."

For his part, Saddam Hussein warned that any US attack would provide him with a reason
to drop 12,000-page arms
declarations on countries he deems to be hostile to Iraq.
