Firefly is fairly kid friendly. California Pizza Kitchen isn't bad and is definitely kid friendly. Mulligan's is kid friendly. Actually - Peppers, Trio, and Italian Kitchen are all very kid friendly and fun places to hang out (they're all on 17th St.). I'll see what else I can think of.
