Good point; "intended use"
Is SO subjective. Think about this . . . A "water pipe" (aka Bong) is /INTENTED/ for use with tobacco, which is why it is legal to sell in a legit storefront. . . But come on, we all know what it is for. In High School I had friends that worked at shops that sell items like this . . Rolling papers, pipes, EVEN mushroom growing kits, as it is legal to possess the spores, but not the plants (wacky huh?) What is intended use and who determines intended use? I use my SUV to tow a camper and a boat, I also use it get groceries and I even strap the family Christmas tree on top sometime in November. Occasionally I use it to go off road in Michigan when I go home. I use it in the winter to get around in the snow.
