I have some domain names that 'expired' last month. I want to move them to another registrar. The current registrar won't release them and they also won't allow me to move them to another registrar. In effect, they are forcing me to pay them to reactivate the domains. I initially tried to do the transfer, but the current registrar rejected it. The sh*ty part is that the new registrar still charged me as though the transfer had completed and I had renewed the names for another year. The whole reason I wanted to do the transfer in the first place is I can't afford to be spending any more money than I have to (new registrar is a lot cheaper than the old one). Argh!! I am pissed.
On the plus side, I have an interview coming up either tomorrow or Monday for a job that I am qualified for (actually, overqualified for, but not enough to not get the job), that pays the same as my old job. I know I have a good shot at this one. Thanks for listening to me vent.
