gessh man that sucks. I hate black ice many times when iwas a kid i would fall. Our steps were all wooden so me and my sisters would be going to school and you would always want someone else to walk first just in case it was icy. Many a time i fell and busted my ass and cursed the evil ice.

The surgery took 4 hours and was more complex than the doc initially expected. I now have two permenant plates in my ankle and something like 9 pins." "I was in the hospital from Monday to Friday and will be in a cast for 12 weeks. I might be able to go back to work and do light duty work after 3 or 4 weeks, but that's up to the doctor. For now, I have a couple of things to take care of but the important one is to recover and be with my family.
