Tim, I lived in DC for a couple of years, and I really liked it there. I
just got caught up in a bad relationship and instead of dealing with it,
I took off to the midwest (lawd, the things we regret). However, I have
learned a lot here, and really wouldnt trade the experience. I did
notice that a lot of the jobs in DC require security clearances.

When I lived there, I wasnt able to embrace the music scene very much
because of my preoccupations with grad school and an unhealthy
relationship. I'd love to give it another try, though.

You should consider DC. The job market is good, and the music scene
is
amazing.

We are going to a hardcore show (Agnostic Front, Minor Threat) then to
see
concrete blonde next month.

Tim

Yes, I went to New York to perform.

I am working on some new stuff and will let y'all hear it as soon as
it's ready :)

I am considering moving to Atlanta because the music here sux! All I
got are the Ohio Players, Slave, And Lakeside.

Does anyone live in the ATL, and how is the CF job market there (gotta
make a living while I work on stardom)

My music is like a cross between John Lee Hooker, Aretha Franklin,
Biggie Smalls, Janis Joplin, Anita Baker, and Dinah Washington.

Bluesy, jazzy vocals and guitars with rhodes pianos, futuristic beats,
and horn sections :)

I've had four flu shots in my life. I've had four severe cases of the
flu.
I don't get flu shots anymore.

Way cool that you got to go to NYC to perform! I don't think I've
ever
figured out what kind of music you make. Care to elaborate?
