Stephenie, There is only one link, [subscribe], which both subscribes and unsubscribes.
Log in. Click on subscribe. Choose the unsubscribe option (the last item) in the select box. Click subscribe. That should do it. If you don't remember your login info, click on the Email Password link on the left to have it sent to you.
