I'm not sure whether to suggest to Bill W. that such a tooth-ache would take his mind off his problems, or to tell him he should be glad he only has his troubles and not yours.
I remember the pain of my wisdom tooth being removed, and it was not infected. All my sympathy, and may the blessed drugs kick in soon.
