We hardly ever use salt at home, except a little in pasta water to make it
boil better.
Haven't tried "lite salt", but have been experimenting with stuff like Mrs.
Dash.
Have been taking potassium supplements, plus like bananas.

Bummer and a half - look at the supposed "diet" foods; i.e., low calorie,
low fat.
Almost all of them are high in sodium - very high.

I'm starting to write nasty letters to food companies...
