I think there is something of the kind off of monster.com. I would not
recommend buying a house then looking for a job, personally; what if there
are no jobs where you move to? Course there is always freelance if you can
make that work for you. What's the reason for relocation, just sick of
where you are? I ask this as someone who was moving cross-country every
year for several years.

My short answer: if finances permit it is definitely better to 1. find job
2. buy house 3. sell old house.
