Okay, even though I was warned, I watched "Highlander II, the Quickening". This was truly horrible. I watched it and wondered about the writing team. Here's my take on it.
1st Writer: Okay, so has everyone seen the first movie? SILENCE..... 1st Writer: Okay, so has anyone seen the first movie? Pause... 2nd Writer: I caught a little bit of it on Cinemax one night. 1st Writer: Okay, let's get started! 2nd Writer: Well, I think the movie's about a dude who has a sword and he like cuts off peoples heads. 1st Writer: Wow, this is going to be soooo easy.. ;-------------------------- I couldn't believe that the script totally threw out the previous movies history. And who names a planet 'Zeist'.
